What you are actually buying

Financing a workshop purchase
The equipment funds as asset finance against its own value, and hoists and diagnostic gear have a genuine second-hand market, so that is the cheaper part of the deal. Goodwill and the customer book fund as business acquisition, which wants property security or a deposit.
