The short answer
The asset is the security, not your books
The approval runs off two things: the asset you are buying and your credit profile. The equipment itself is the security, so lenders do not need years of financials to say yes. That is the whole reason this exists separately from a bank loan.
A bank underwrites you on your books, so it wants two years of financials before it moves. An asset lender underwrites the asset. Finance a $60,000 ute and the ute secures the deal, which means the lender can approve on a clean credit profile and an ABN alone.
No-doc means no income evidence at all and usually sits at a lower cap. Low-doc means light evidence like bank statements. We place you into whichever fits your situation and the size of the deal.
Do you qualify?
What a lender needs to move without financials.
An ABN
New ABNs are workable on low and no-doc deals.
A specific asset
A vehicle, truck, machinery or equipment to secure the finance.
Up to $500,000
The no and low-doc range for equipment finance.
A reasonable credit profile
Past issues can often still be placed with the right lender.
Why you do not need financials
Secured by the asset
The equipment is the collateral, so the lender's risk sits in the asset, not in your tax returns.
Priced on credit, not books
A clean credit profile and an ABN carry the approval on most no and low-doc deals.
40+ lenders to place you
We match your profile to the lender most likely to fund it, which is how messy books still get a yes.
A real example
A landscaping business needs a $45,000 tipper truck. No time to compile financials, and last year's books were messy anyway. Submitted no-doc against the truck, approved next day, settled off the supplier invoice. The business never handed over a single tax return. Illustrative only.
