Skid Steer & Bobcat Finance across Australia
Skid steers, posi-tracks and compact loaders for earthworks, landscaping and civil. Versatile, in-demand machines with an active second-hand market.
We are a finance broker, not a lender. One application goes to a panel of more than 40 lenders, so you get the structure and rate that actually fit your business. Find your city below, or talk to a broker now.
What gets financed. Skid steers and compact track loaders from Bobcat, Caterpillar, Kubota, Case, New Holland, JCB and Takeuchi, and the attachments that make them useful. Buckets, augers, trenchers, grapples, brooms, breakers and mulchers can go on the same facility as the machine, so you are not funding the loader and paying cash for the gear that earns with it.
New or used. Most skid steers financed in Australia are used. Hours matter more than age on these machines: a well serviced loader with moderate hours is an easier deal than a low-hour machine with no history. Bring the service record if you have it.
What moves your rate. Whether you have property to offer, how long the ABN has been trading, and whether the machine is bought from a dealer or a private seller. Private sales are financeable, they just need a bit more verification.
As a general rule, where the facility is backed by property you should expect 6% to 9% p.a. Without property security, expect 9% to 13% p.a. That gap is the single biggest lever you control: if you own property and are willing to use it, the same purchase gets materially cheaper.
These are indicative ranges for business finance, not an offer. Your actual rate depends on the deal and is subject to credit approval.
Deposit. You can put a deposit down, or we can fund the full invoice. Both are available, so a deposit is a choice about cashflow rather than a barrier to getting approved.
New or used. Both are funded. Used equipment is normal in this market and does not need a different conversation.
Speed. Approvals come back as fast as 24 hours on straightforward deals.
