Truck & Trailer Finance across Australia
Prime movers, rigid trucks, tippers, refrigerated units and trailers. We work with transport operators every day and know exactly what lenders want to see.
We are a finance broker, not a lender. One application goes to a panel of more than 40 lenders, so you get the structure and rate that actually fit your business. Find your city below, or talk to a broker now.
What gets financed. Prime movers, rigids, tippers, tautliners, refrigerated bodies and trailers. Truck and trailer can go on one facility, and a body fitted by a separate builder can be funded with the cab chassis.
New or used. Used trucks are the majority of what gets financed. Compliance history and service records matter, and for anything with a fitted body, have the engineering paperwork available.
What moves your rate. Time in business and whether the truck is going onto committed work are the main levers. Owner drivers with a contract behind them price better than a speculative first purchase.
As a general rule, where the facility is backed by property you should expect 6% to 9% p.a. Without property security, expect 9% to 13% p.a. That gap is the single biggest lever you control: if you own property and are willing to use it, the same purchase gets materially cheaper.
These are indicative ranges for business finance, not an offer. Your actual rate depends on the deal and is subject to credit approval.
Deposit. You can put a deposit down, or we can fund the full invoice. Both are available, so a deposit is a choice about cashflow rather than a barrier to getting approved.
New or used. Both are funded. Used equipment is normal in this market and does not need a different conversation.
Speed. Approvals come back as fast as 24 hours on straightforward deals.

How much can I borrow for truck finance?
Up to $500,000 on most equipment finance. Your limit depends on your asset-backing, time in business and the asset itself, and property-backed borrowers can often go higher.
Do I need a deposit for truck finance?
Often no. Many truck finance deals settle with no deposit, depending on your profile and the asset, and low-doc and no-doc options are available.
How fast can truck finance be approved?
Most deals are approved within 24 to 48 hours once we have your details, with settlement shortly after.
Can I get truck finance with ATO debt or past credit issues?
Often yes. We work with lenders that consider ATO debt, thin files and past credit issues, where the banks say no. This is general information only, not a quote.
